Our Story
Soulvadorian was founded in 2019 by Daneka Ruiz. Daneka was born and raised in Maryland by a Salvadorian mother and African American father. Daneka created Soulvadorian as a means to highlight her heritage and passion for food. She and her partner/co-founder Neftaly Arroyo Jr. have created a unique menu that combines the flavors of Soul food, seafood, and Latin cuisine to create an exceptional culinary experience.
